Frequently Asked Questions

Listed below are the most frequently questions we receive from our retail customers. If you have a question that is not on this list, please ask your Account Executive, or contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-4- ENESCO (1-800-436-3726). You may reach us Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time. As call volumes tend to be highest during the middle part of the day, we invite you to call before 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m., to reduce the risk of being placed on hold. You may also contact us via email.

Accounts & Access

If you are new to Diamond Select Brands, you can apply by completing a New Account Application on the website.

Once submitted:

  • Our New Accounts team will review your application
  • A credit application may be required
  • You will be contacted with next steps, including account creation

After your account is created, you will receive your account number, which you’ll use to register for online access.

All Diamond Select Brands retailer accounts use new account numbers within the system.

If your business previously ordered through Diamond Comic Distributors II:

  • You do not need to reapply as a retailer
  • You will need to register for online access using your new account number

If you already have your new account number and billing ZIP code, you can set up your own login directly on the site.

If you do not have this information, your Sales Representative or Customer Service can help.

When clicking LOGIN | REGISTER on the site, retailers will see multiple options depending on their situation.

In general:

  1. Select the option to register for online access
  2. Enter your account number and billing ZIP code
  3. Assign an email address and create a password

Once completed, you’ll be able to log in and place orders.

This depends on how your stores are billed:

  • Each store bills independently:
    Each Bill-To account must use a different email address to register.
  • Multiple stores bill to one main account:
    One login can place orders for all associated Sold-To locations.

Under My Account → Users, account administrators can add or remove users and manage access without needing to re-register.

Ordering & Account Rules

Once an order has been released, it cannot be modified online.

Any changes or cancellations must be handled through Customer Service.

If multiple users have access to the same account:

  • Users cannot see each other’s carts
  • Orders placed by different users are tracked independently

At this time:

  • Retailers cannot edit account details (such as address changes) themselves
Please contact Customer Service for any account updates

Website & Product Access

Retailers logging in through the Diamond Select Brands site may be able to see products from other Enesco divisions.

However:

  • Ordering is restricted to authorized Diamond Select Brands products
  • Attempting to order unauthorized items will display a message such as
    “Customer not authorized to buy this product.”

This access is controlled by our system and may change in the future.

Ordering works much like it always has:

  1. Browse or search products
  2. Add items to your cart
  3. Proceed through checkout

The updated site offers improved navigation and a streamlined checkout experience.

Once logged in, your account dashboard allows access to:

  • Invoices
  • Order history
  • Open or unfilled orders

Customer Service can assist if you need help locating anything.

When viewing a product or adding it to your cart, you’ll have the option to download available product images for use in promoting items in your store or online.

Billing & Payments

Diamond Select Brands retailers may use eBill, Enesco’s secure billing portal, to:

  • View open invoices
  • Submit payments
  • Access billing-related tools

eBill uses a separate login from the retailer site. Information on accessing eBill is typically provided during onboarding.

A link to eBill is also available from the My Dashboard section once logged in.

News, Updates & Promotions

The best way to stay informed is through Diamond Dispatch, Diamond Select Brands’ official blog and weekly newsletter.

Diamond Dispatch features:

  • New product highlights
  • Site updates and announcements
  • Promotions and special opportunities (when available)
  • Helpful retailer insights

You can access Diamond Dispatch directly on the site and subscribe to receive updates.

Shipping Issues & Support

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order details. They’ll guide you through the resolution process.
